About Dr. Davidson

I am a board-certified psychiatrist who was trained in general psychiatry at Yale University and who has a successful, private practice in Beverly Hills.

I am a devoted intensive psychotherapist with 40 years of experience who has a passion for the well-being of my patients.

I am descended from a family of 32 physicians, 16 of whom are psychiatrists. I have inherited a passion for treating patients with psychotherapy from my late great uncle, psychoanalyst Philip Lehrman, M.D., who underwent training psychoanalysis with Sigmund Freud; befriended his daughter, Anna Freud; and wrote the forward to several of her classic psychoanalytic books.

I am an expert in both psychotherapy and psychopharmacology.
